Thank you, to the workers on the ground for getting the power back on! And to everyone else who played a part, I am grateful to you all. We all should be. We were without power for over 48 hrs... I've never been so happy to see a light turn on in my life.

I recently changed my e-mail and advised Alectra of my new e-mail address. I had signed up for e-billing to receive my bill from them. Little did I know that someone in billing was sending my bill to my old e-mail address. When I went to my mailbox little to my surprise I got a notice saying that I owed $533.85. I was shocked. Being a senior on a fixed
income I should of gotten some type of break on this bill because of someone in billing forgot to change my e-mail to the proper one.Someone should be held accountable for this mistake because I'm the one that is suffering from these consequences of someone's wrong action. I hope someone at Alectra see's this post and another person doesn't have to be surprised at the last minute with a unexpected bill after 4 months.

Over an hour and 10 min waiting to speak to someone. Shame that you spend so much money updating your services .However nobody can talk to someone! You will expect us ro pay our bills during the strike but if don't have a computer
we are out of luck and will be charged penalties!! Shame!

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is a joke. I am currently waiting to speak with a human after I was asked to contact them and have been waiting 2 hours and 10 minutes as of right now. They sent me to collections after I never received a single invoice from them. Turns out they had my wrong postal code. They never bothered to reach out in any other way even though they had my street address and email. Pathetic.

The new online portal is a joke. I have tried several times to access my account to no avail. Phone lines are always busy & it's impossible to speak to a live person unless one waits on the phone for a long period of time. It's common to be 25th in line or higher, with long wait times. I finally was able to speak with a fellow who tried to help me. He reset my profile, then guided me to log in. That didn't work. He then said he'd check with someone & call me at 10AM this morning (May 16). It's now 12.27pm & I have not received that phone call. I'm at wits end with this ordeal, & need to access my account. I paid my last bill in an amount that I estimated. Yes, I get an email notification that my statement is ready, but I CANNOT ACCESS my account. I will try yet another phone call later today or tomorrow, & failing that, I will have to take further action. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service this company has.
