Highly Recommend Prairie Micro Works! Had an issue with my work/school lap top not working. I took it in to Prairie Micro Works and was greeted with great customer service! I was diagnosed, in and out in under an hour and Matt was able to fix my device on the spot where I expected a few days turn around! He also upgraded my laptop to the most current Microsoft software, freed up a lot of space, free of charge, saving me time and money. His service was fast and effective and cost efficient compared to other companies. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for the fast service.

I can't say enough good things about Matt and the team at Prairie Micro Works. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The team went above and beyond to thoroughly test, diagnose, and address multiple issues that were impacting the performance of my PC.

Not only did they fix the problem, but they also recommended and completed some much-needed upgrades that have completely transformed my computer's speed and functionality. The entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and transparency. They took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I was comfortable with every decision made.

Amazing service! I called in right after they opened for the day and they had me drop my computer off within 15 mins. I went back home and received a call less than an hour later letting me know exactly what was wrong, the cost to repair it and explained why it happened. The repair itself was done within 15 mins and I had my computer back for my class online the same day!! The prices were extremely fair, they found a used part for me to save a bit of money as well. Everyone I dealt with was friendly from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to take my computer back here anytime or recommend them to anybody. Thanks again Matt!!

2025 Update: This place is still a 10/10. Doesn't matter when you deal with them, you're treated like gold. Matt is phenomenal and yet again helped me out of a bad spot. When he was telling me what was wrong with my PC my heart was sinking, until he told me the price to fix it. I wouldn't just call it fair, I almost feel like im stealing from him. This place does not screw around with unnecessary charges and Matt explains everything so you know why it happened, not just "hey pay me to fix this". I will continue to highly recommend PMW to anyone looking for great service at a fair price.

These guys upgraded my laptop to the most current Microsoft software and installed an anti-virus software program . If I tried to do this myself, it would have cost me more money. saved me time and money . It's definitely my new go-to place for computer issues and data backup /recovery.

Is there a number less than 1 Ordered a board. Came waaaaay late and blame me for not responding in time to them months later. Charged for a board AND labour and when then board didnt work too bad on me. AVOID

The staff at PMW were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They immediately looked at what needed to be resolved by diagnosing and then reparing my laptop. I'll definitely consider using their services if the need arises in the future. Great service, and most importantly, the terminology of what was discussed was easy to interpret. All in all, I was very pleased to have chosen Prarie Micro Works Inc!
