Awesome experience! They showed up on time and worked non-stop, cleaning up at end of each day before they left, all the while answering any questions we had. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Best decision we made getting them to do the work.

We had a tankless water heater installed about a year and a half ago. Last week, it just stopped working. I called Precision Heat and Cool, Brent showed up and did all the troubleshooting and today he just replaced the whole unit as part of the warranty. Everything is up and running now. Brent did an excellent job and answered all my questions. Brent is great and very professional. He got the job done quicker than I expected and the results were neat and tidy. I highly recommend Precision Heat & Cool to anybody. Their service is just outstanding. Brent, thank you and Kudos to your excellent customer service.

I recently had a tankless water heater installed. Brent & Conner were great, very professional. They got the job done quicker than I expected and the results were neat and tidy. Brent didn’t hesitate to answer any and all questions I had. He even helped with an unrelated problem I had, the same day.
Dealing with Tracy, in the office, was easy and very informative. She was able to answer my questions and made this transaction smooth and stress free.
I would definitely recommend this group at Precision!!
