Excellent service, communication and responsiveness! Found Prestige via Home Depot’s Generac install service providers and I couldn’t be happier. Certified Generac providers are extremely rare, hard to find and usually overly busy.
Amir was able to schedule and be onsite within three weeks with the Generac transfer switch I needed. He enabled all the backup services I would need during a blackout, added an extra outlet for my freezer then he initiated the generator. Not as easy as it would seem!! Generac has proprietary codes and startup procedures that will only work with a certified installer. So not just anyone can start it! I heard about that but watching it was another thing all together. Then he made sure I installed the mobile app, helped me connect it to the generator and answered all my other questions. Bring on the next power outage, I’m ready.

Dealing with Prestige Électrique and Amir has been a great experience. Attentive, responsive, friendly and professional. I was contacted quickly after making the initial request for a quote and received the quote almost immediately.
The generator was installed days after accepting the quote and the experience was excellent. I was guided through the setup of the Mobile Link app and everything was tested and demonstrated before they left.

Prestige installed a generator for me. They were very professional and efficient. The whole thing took less than 1 day. I have called them a few times since them for regular service on the generator and they were always great.

They advertise themselves as a "turnkey" solution for generator installations yet we went through the entire estimate process, and he gives me a list of generators and their outputs and essentially says to pick one. Then at the end he says you need to dig your own trench and prepare the site before they arrive (how is this turnkey?) and won't even visit the installation site once without a $2k deposit and signed estimate. How am I supposed to know which model I need and where to dig? I'm happy to pay a consultation fee that's credited to the installation (like most companies offer) but he never got back to me. Not sure how you expect customers to sign a contract and pay a deposit when they don't even know if they're paying $9k or $25k, and if the top model will even power everything in the home. Lucky there are other installers in the area able with better customer service.
