Après avoir commandé et payé deux cartouches d'encre d'origine epson 96 qui apparaît sur leur site au prix de 29 $ la cartouche et des frais d'expédition, j'ai reçu deux cartouches compatibles d'une valeur de 8$ chacune.. Même si j'ai relancé deux fois l'entreprise je n'ai eu aucun retour. Faites attention ce n'est pas une entreprise fiable.

I went into Print Well needing a project printed for an event on very short notice—and without a clear idea of what style or material would work best. They were incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in! They guided me toward the perfect board for my event and had it ready within an hour. The result was a beautiful, high-quality print that exceeded my expectations. Their efficiency and customer service were top-notch. Unfortunately, we got great service but when we went to pickup my sons soccer jersey that he paid for with his own money to get his favorite players name printed on the back and front of it they made it huge like a football Jersey not what we showed the employee who was gathering the info we made it a point that we wanted a small number on the front under the crest instead they Printed a huge number on the front of it making my son not be able to wear it. A jersey gone to waste because they made it look totally wrong and when u called to ask if they could possibly remove it they said it would ruin the jersey itself. . The back looks great but the front looks silly.

We ordered our wedding welcome sign from this business as it was one of the few places offering double sided foam boards. I will say that they made an error twice - the first time it was printed one sided despite the order being for two sides, and the second time the other side was the wrong image. There was an error with their website which caused miscommunication. The company wanted us to pay half to re-print, though it was a technical issue. However, after voicing our concerns and explaining the issue, the young man helping us assured us that he would be able to correct the problem and he was very apologetic and respectful. Each time, our board was ready within 24hrs for pickup. Though there were some bumps in the road, I want to specifically thank the young man who helped us so many times. In the end, we got a great sign and are excited to use it for our wedding next month.

I ordered a number of items as gifts for visitors from overseas and I'm not only thrilled with the quality of the items purchased, but the customer service was fantastic. I'd particularly like to give a shout out to Mike the Operations Manager who was a rock star in helping get my order together and receive it in time to send home with my visitors. Highly recommend!
