Pat Acquisto, the owner of Pro Accessibility Ltd. is a professional who takes pride in a job well done. He worked together with us to come up with the best design for converting our powder room into an accessible washroom with a rimless shower. He listened carefully to our needs and tried hard to problem solve to fulfil our desires. He scheduled trades people to follow a logical pattern and was always hands on to make sure they understood exactly what needed to be done. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was about all aspects of the construction trades, including rebuilding our front porch himself in order to accommodate an outdoor lift -- our second accessible project. We recently installed an elevator in our house, and Pro Accessibility did all the preparation work. The crews working on various project stages were very professional and attentive to details. They were also careful to minimize the impact on the areas not affected by the construction and cleaned up everything after completing the work.
Pat Acquisto frequently visited the site and always stood on top of the project. He inspected every project phase and had a crew member touch up any little spots that were not perfect. Although the project took a bit longer than anticipated, the result was well worth the wait.

My mother has been on dialysis for just over a year. Last June, she suffered a stroke. As a result, her need for home assistance escalated very quickly. Let me tell you just how difficult it is to implement such assistance during a pandemic.

Thankfully someone had recommended Pat at Pro Accessibility for her wheelchair lift. From the moment I first contacted Pat, he was pleasant, honest, helpful and went above and beyond to assist in any way that he could. Pat was able to install my mother's wheelchair lift in one day (one in which she didn't have to leave the house for dialysis), ensuring that there was no disruption to her routine.
