A genuinely skilled and truly capable plumber came by today.

His name is Kyle and I have to say he is quite the personable and very professional individual.

Truth be told, I have not met someone who I felt discomfortable around in the planning world and years and the fact my parents truly took him on shows a lot. Normally they would do their own adjustments as necessary.

Kyle not only provided excellent insight but also truly professional service in a timely and efficient manner.

He demonstrated that anybody can be a good person and still be a truly talented individual in getting all of their respective work done.

No matter what the case may be, I will 100% recommend Kyle and Problem Solved Plumbing.
Anyone who's looking for somebody who's skilled and capable and quite aware and professionally oriented, look no further.

Kyle from”Problem Solved Plumbing” was personable and talked me through the details of the filtration installation. Kyle also installed a secondary shut-off valve as a backup measure in case the primary valve fails.
Excellent service and quick with the installation.

We had a sink repair that we needed to have done asap, and these guys were great. I really appreciated the communication from the office staff and the pumber they sent over was also a great guy. He did a super job and was just such a nice guy. He called his office staff for me and got the return trip lined up for me which was great as it saved me some back & forth. It was a really positive experience in the middle of a very stressful week and I appreciated it a lot!

Called over Xmas and they were very clear on their emergency rate. 3 different people helped me over the phone. They were all very nice.
The gent that came to the house had it fixed within about 3 hours. I was happy.
The only issue is that I was charged about $500 for a part that seems to be worth about $50. It's hard to tell, though, as I don't have the exact part number to be 100% sure on the cost. I should call them and check.
I'd call them next time for sure. I would be more careful with the part costs.

We truly appreciate the level of customer service, follow up and professionalism we have received. As we live on an acreage we sometimes find it hard to find a business that wants to service us but no issues here! We had a new Furnace installed along with a gas line for a back up generator , Becca's follow up was tremendous, Josh was professional and the turnaround time from onsite inspection to completion was exceptional. We highly recommend !

I had a gas leak coming from my hot water tank on the weekend before Christmas. Isak from Problem Solved called me promptly and was able to address my issue the next day with a plan to replace my tank Christmas Eve. He worked to find a supplier and have my tank replaced as promised. Izak was extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. There were no issues, he arrived on time, and provided me with a fair quote with no hidden charges. I am very pleased with his service and would highly recommend Problem Solved for any plumbing and furnace related issues.

We've used Problem solved plumbing for all of our house needs since we've moved to Cochrane. We have gotten 3 water softeners installed, and various other plumbing work done. They are always super reliable, punctual, and communication and expectations are always clear. I would highly recommend them every time!

What great service! Following an annual inspection where it was found that my dryer vent outlet was disconnected, Problem Solved organized a follow up visit to reconnect. Kyle (Service Tech) arrived on time and had the "problem solved" quickly and to my complete satisfaction! I am now very confident that this fix will make my dryer safer and more efficient.
