In a nutshell, I found ProRoots Developments Ltd. to be exemplary. Their appraiser (Pete) was Johnny-on-the-spot. His appraisal was exacting, and he was more than willing to incorporate any revisions as the process evolved. Please note that they underbid one of the largest and most successful concrete firms in Lethbridge by more than $1,000. During the demolition and preparation phases, Clay and Conor epitomized the face of Mike Rootselaar’s company. They were friendly, helpful, fastidious, and very professional from start to finish. The pour was timed for optimal weather conditions, and Mike was in the thick of it. I learned that he’s personally involved in the heavy lifting of every pour. What a team and what a product! ProRoots is an exceedingly easy firm to recommend to anyone over and over again. You’re really going to get the best bang for your buck.
