I had lost all my wonderful memories on my phone while visiting my daughter. I called Enrico and he promptly returned my phone call. He worked within my budget and he got all my pics back. He is exceptional...so personable and genuine. Thank you Enrico...I was very very thankful.

was told to bring it in to take a look at it..... I asked for their location, was told 1 is closed & the other is threw youtube also something about oh we can not have people come in due to Insurance ? but I'll pick it up & deliver when I'm done" I don't no who is giving these reviews.. but this is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! No star's if I could

I brought in my laptop which one of my kids had dropped, thinking that the hard drive had failed and looking to have it replaced. I had called around town to check prices and Protec had the most reasonable so that is why I brought it there. Enrico was very friendly and advised me on the options for replacement parts. Through out the repair Enrico kept me informed and was very honest. The service was extremely fast. I will definitely be bring my broken electronics to him. Excellent service!

Excellent service and technical ability! I had a 3 1/2 inch floppy drive that I needed to recover data from. I took the disk to many businesses in Thunder Bay, but they were unable to recover the data. I even spent two full days with Microsoft trying to recover the data, to no avail. By sheer luck I stumbled across Protec-IT and was surprised and relieved to find out that they specialize in data recovery. Their service needs to be made more well-known, as they were the only ones able to recover the data. Thank you!

I had some hardware installed here, very good experience. The gentleman who owns Protec-IT is fantastic, very knowledgeable and has the tools to do just about any job.

They specialise in data recovery, water damage, main board repairs and more.

I would highly recomend this place to anyone with electronic issues.

I had a hard drive die on me that contained treasured family photos. Protec-IT was awesome. They recovered over 98% of my photos from a failed hard drive. I couldn't be more relieved. Protec-IT's services are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me updated every step of the way. What started as a horrifying realization (loss of data) turned into a positive experience based on how Protec-IT assisted me and made recommendations to avoid future problems. Their prices are highly reasonable as well. Do some price shopping and you'll find Protec-IT provides a lot of value for your dollar. Two enthusiastic thumbs up. I highly recommend Protec-IT.

We thought that out Mac Desktop was dead for good and Enrico got it working again like it was new. Great service at the right price. What else would you want.
