I have been a client of public Business Accounting almost 3 years now. I did my transactions in filing my tax through phone and sending my T4 through email to my tax accountant. They are very reliable and efficient in their work, (Yamini who use to be my previous accountant and VIJI, at present). The would call to update you about your tax that is already done. It is very convenient for clients who has no time to come personally in the office to file a tax.
I am always satisfied with the services that they provided with there clientele. To VIJI, I commend your service excellently. I am very satisfied.

My cousin has been using their service since he started his corporation in 2004. The owner is very knowledge and very helpful. Peter gives very good advise on all the financial and tax matters. Peter has been our accountant and has been doing our corporation tax as well as all our personal tax returns. He is very knowledgeable in tax planning which has helps us save lots of money. I have dealt with Malar and another fellow within the company. Very pleasant and professional individuals, but the owner Justin is the total opposite, he is arrogant, rude and has no sense of customer relation. Treat your customers with respect don't treat them like they don't know anything, take the time to listen and understand and not demoralize them. Providing accurate service is one thing, which this company can do but providing professional respectable service is another, which Justin can not provide. His work may be good but his attitude is terrible.

I was referred to Justin by another business partner at the time of starting my business. Since then we have filed shareholder T1's and corporate tax returns with Justin since incorporation. He is very knowledgable in tax and takes the time to provide advice that is in the best interests of your business. You will always be in good hands!

I would advise you to research into what other accounting firms are charging for filing taxes, whether it be business or personal. I filed my taxes with this firm for the past 9 years. This year this firm charged an absurd amount of money noting filing a business return is $150! They told us the fee after filing the tax, at which point we can't do anything. I am disgusted with the customer service and will not return back. In total we paid $220 for something we paid $80 for last year! When I voiced my concerns, I was told I would given a 'discount' next year.
