A lovely store with a variety of quality skin care and make up. My daughter and I came in for the trick or treat event in the downtown and we recieved a really nice lip balm. Great idea by the store for the event. I know it may seem like kids and parents just pass through the stores for this event but it's a very nice gesture that doesn't go un noticed for future shopping. We will be back! Thank you very much. It was very thoughtful.

We were excited to make a big purchase (stocking stuffers and gifts for family and co-workers) at your store. However, upon entering your store, we were’t greeted in a friendly manner. Your sales team sat behind the counter silently chatting with one another. We received cold looks and eye rolls when we entered your store with our infant stroller. After browsing your products for a while, another mother came into the store with her infant in a stroller. Your sales staff immediately looked at one another and showed signs of contempt (eye rolls, whispers, and glaring at the mother). No friendly greeting whatsoever. At that moment, I decided I would not be supporting your store. There are many other lovely local stores that sell locally-made products & natural skincare products. Why support a store where the staff are rude and lack customer service skills towards people with small children and infants. FYI: if your store isn’t stroller accessible, it’s not wheelchair accessible either. I am not sure why your sales team behaved this way towards mothers. It would appear your staff could use some customer service training - specifically, sensitivity training for the diversity of their customers. There are no signs posted outside the store that indicate “Please leave strollers outside”. We left your store with an unpleasant experience.

I am in love with Pureanada & its products. The
entire company stands for everything that I believe in & is as clean as you can find when it comes to everything skincare & cosmetic. I saw another review stating they disliked the fact that the owner is supposedly “anti-vax” but this just adds another reason to my list to love & to continue to ONLY get my skincare & cosmetics from Pureanada. Keep being a unicorn Pureanada - you guys are incredible & my daughter / friends / family & I love everything you’re doing 🙂

Today I returned to buy more shampoo and conditioner, lotion and lip balm. This is my second visit. I purchased the hair products in July and it made such a difference for me. My eczema is gone, I have a lot of highlights and I can manage my hair after washing.
I highly recommend trying their products. Tiffany is friendly and helpful.

Used to love supporting this brand but have had bad experiences with the lipstick and other products going bad. I also learned that the owner is an anti-vaxer. Sad to think a company that prides itself on being ethical has no consideration for the health of vulnerable people and senior citizens.

The store smells deliciously. I bought a strawberry lemonade hand cream and lipstick. And the customer service is very friendly.
