Owner is very rude and raiscist. They deny washer fault.
After washer done , all clothes was too wet.
Had to spent another four dollar.
After I complained to the owner , refund dollars ,
Shout me corse word, asked me don’t come here again.
Bad ownership, zero customer service
Never ever go back again.
Hopefully people don’t get bad experience at this place.

I'm a truck driver, I was having a medical emergency and much to my misfortune wound up forced to stop for 1 minute 30 seconds in front of this establishment during a time when there was a complete absence of customers at the facility. Within seconds some guy is out waving his arms at a no parking sign and threatening me with DOT officers. Typical treatment of a truck driver by inconsiderate folks. I WILL be posting the interaction video and we can let others decide if this guy is worthy of supporting. He could have walked over and asked if everything was all right, instead he is there with a big grin on his face,one hand on his hip,the other hand waving the phone and pointing at the sign. Excellent public relations award achieved.
Fortunately not all business owners in this small town are like that and I merely drove 20 more seconds up the road and pulled directly into the IGA parking lot with my entire super Bee, assessed my situation as to whether I needed to seek help, never drew an eye from a single member of the public in the parking lot or dozens of store employees. Stark contrast from business to business one block away.

And not to be that guy, but I have now read the reviews concerning his actual water service. I pass his establishment six times a shift and I've never seen a car there. The reviews say it all. Clearly his business is merely a tax write-off which allows him to maintain highway front real estate.

For years we have been buying our water from Shopper's Drug Mart because we like the Red Cap Pure North water specifically. I never realized that our water was coming from Beaver Lodge. Thank you, Pure North, for providing our family with great water over the years. Highly Recommend!

Zero stars. The older woman, who must be the owner by her attitude, was absolutely the rudest, most miserable human I've met in many decades. As a resident of Beaverlodge, I like to support my local businesses but guess where I will never be buying my bottled water from?
100% DO NOT recommend patronizing this 'business'.

We went to return bottles and came to find that the owner has been dealing with theft recently. We have been a loyal customer indirectly with the grocery store in beaverlodge for 2yrs. When we were directed to return bottles to true north we were refused service due to not having proof of sale. Never have we been told by any seller to keep receipt in order to return. We have been led astray by false advertising and now are stuck with empties and out money because of the owners trauma to theft. He has decided not to market or advertise his new rule to the public as not once have we been told at sale to keep receipt. There are no signs or posters and I feel this is considered false advertising or a professional service that is providing a personal service as they are not separating the two at this time.

I have gone here before and returned without a receipt and had great service a few months ago and so did my husband. But this time we were refused and customer service was very poor in regards to the male owner mocking you. We are all human and if this rule is not advertised it is a huge surprise to walk in and be refused service and mocked. I am sorry someone stole from you but we feel you should pls advertise your rule more or advertise by this date bottles must be returned or else no returns without proof of sale due to this.

I am just a loyal customer looking to return my bottles and now am out money and stuck with empties I don't need. Why should the innocent pay for the mistake of the greedy who decided to steal from you. Why should I loose money cause you did. Pls adjust your policies and consider how you can respect the loyal customers who have been purchasing you water and unaware of your traumatic event with theft is all.

I’ve been drinking this RO water (red cap) for 2 years and all of a sudden now it has a very strong chlorine taste and smell to it. I can’t even tolerate to drink it. Our family goes through 2-4 of the 5 gallon jugs a week. Does anyone know what happened to the water quality?

Drive by to clean some weed out of my water tank. Nothing any other truck wouldn't be dropping on your floors after mudding. Got chased by an older lady around my mother's age. Stared at me, didn't engage in conversation, just stared. Just stared blankly without a word until i told her what I wanted to do. "This thing? NO! " She said.
"Yes , just cleaning with water" i responded.
"NO! "
Then walked away.
Even when you don't want someone's business, being polite is a primordial part of customer service. Rudely chasing a customer away with two words sentences and finger wagging tells me my grandmother definitely didn't raise you. Absolutely the rudest people I've met in a long time. Wouldn't give you guys any business even if my life depended on it. Avoid at all costs.
