I ship parcels every day for my ecommerce company and every time I choose Purolator for shipping to Nova Scotia I regret it. It always shows 2 day delivery from Montreal to the east coast but it easily takes a week or more... And once the package arrives in Bridgewater you can bet it will go out on the truck for delivery, returned to the depot due to some BS reason that's not true, back on the truck, back to the depot... Back and forth until eventually it is delivered way too late. Customer support is not good either, they will answer to tell you when it's on the truck for delivery but then they will ignore requests for update when it's been delayed again.

I feel bad for the staff who works for Purolator who have to deal with so many annoyed customers.. they should go work for UPS where customers are happier because they actually follow their delivery times! There must be an issue at this particular location, because this Bridgewater depot is the one I regularly encounter problems with.

Scanner wouldn't work on package but store staff, non purolator, were able to help. Thanks to them, not purolator, I was able to send my parcel.

Horrible service
Package was supposed to be picked up 2 days ago and still no one has shown up
After waiting 1 hour on hold I was told the driver said there was to much snow in the driveway to enter . The picture is attached

A delivery that was supposed to take 2-3 days has been over 1 week to arrive and still has not shown up

Won’t let you pick up your own package after being delayed over a week. Zero customer service, if you’re unlucky enough to have a parcel being shipped through Purolator accept that your chances are 50/50 to receive it. Undoubtedly the worst courier you can use. Never again.

Had a package out for delivery as of 8:58 this morning from a Purolator location 30 minutes from my home. As of 4:31, tracking is showing a weather delay and service will resume when the weather improves. It is a beautiful sunny day. I cannot get hold of a live body to tell me what is going on. Terrible experience and service.

Unlike most other courier services, Purolator doesn't regularly update the package location. This is inconvenient because I don't know whether I should wait or go out. In my case they were a day late but I didn't know until 8pm that they weren't going to deliver that day.

Horrible company my parcel was in circulation in my area for over a week. Actually delivered down my street on the day they posted mine was delayed due to weather. Which was just rain. So it’s been all over Italy cross pentz and in my area for a week. Never ever again. Not worth one star
