I had a severely damaged phone that I needed to extract some important documents from. I came in when they opened and the staff member (sorry, didn't get his name) there was helpful and openly quoted what the cost would be to run diagnostics. I was not certain the phone documents could be recovered, but by the end of day, the staff member was able to recover everything I needed from the phone. It was clear he had been working on the device all day. It was all a success because he was so attentive and thorough with his work. Would definitely recommend if you are in need of repairs. iPhone microphone repair. Service was fast. The technician had to be very cautious when dismantling phone so as not to disturb the screen which had a small crack. Excellent job. The next afternoon he was careful to show that all features worked as they should and the previously agreed estimate was paid. I wouldn't hesitate to get repairs done here again.

Awesome repair shop. My phone got water damage during the August long weekend and I found them they were open both on Sunday and Monday (holiday). They started working on my phone right away and they even had the touch screen in stock so my phone got repaired within hours. Thank you!

This place robbed me for $300, upsold the premium screen claiming it is the best option. 35 days later my phone is inoperable, conveniently 5 days out of the warranty period. I talked with the employee and he informed me that there’s nothing he can do aside from charge me another $300.
You’re better off buying a new phone then doing business with these people.

Went in to get my daughter a new battery for her phone. Mick tested the phone and was super honest with me and advised that this was not going to be a long term fix. I decided that a newer phone was a better option and he provided all the options for previously owned phones. Once every was transferred over he took the time to test and show us that everything was functioning as it should be. Great customer service, great value. No doubt I will be back if I have any other phone issues.

Great experience with iBroken. I had an issue with my newer iPhone though it was now out of warranty. I was unsure if it could even be fixed but they took a look at it, ordered in a new part and fixed it for me at a great rate. Phone’s like new again and should be good for a couple more years. Great staff as well. Highly, highly recommended.
