I had a great experience with Recovery Force Inc. They are experts in data recovery and they handled my case with professionalism and care.

I needed to replace a Seagate hard drive that my wife uses for her business. Luke was patient, explained the process, the rationale behind the minimum value of $500, and the steps that would be taken to resolve and why. He was transparent, kind, and even willing to ship my drive back to my home since I had to drive from an hour away!

His team was quick, they had the data recovered within 2 days. They also kept me updated on the progress and the results. I was very impressed by their service, their skills, and the back end ticket system that kept track of everything.

I accidentally formatted my external hard drive when downloading windows to a new pc build. I called several different data recovery centers and Recovery Force was the only one who gave me an estimate upfront and was able to answer my questions. The other companies only let me speak to salesmen who were trying to pressure me into sending in the drive without being able to ballpark how much it would cost or even answer basic questions. I received my original drive back and a new 2tb drive with my recovered data only 3 weeks after mailing it in, which is amazing with how slow the mail is. I'm lucky that the photos and family videos that I most wanted were able to be recovered, but even if that was not the case, I would still recommend Recovery Force. They were very professional, quick, and affordable.

The best, and I cannot stress this enough, BEST place to go if you want your hard drive restored! They set my expectations and explained their pricing very well, I was already super in distress because I needed my hard drive asap, but they literally got all my files back in 2 days for a 4TB HARD DRIVE. Luke at Recovery Force restored my faith in humanity. I was dealing with an emergency recovery problem all the way in New York. Luke remote accessed my computer and ran a bunch of diagnostic tests to establish what the best corse of action would be and if it was worth while to send in given my tight timetable. Ultimately we decided the recovery would not be possible but he spent almost an hour and refused payment for his time. A rare example of someone putting people over profit. May it come back to him and his business 1000x!!!

Recovery Force absolutely saved me! I am normally meticulous about backups. However, when switching over to a new computer, I accidentally wrote over one of my back up hard drives and lost years of photos/videos. I tried a couple different programs with no luck and was devastated. I knew I was going to pay a pretty penny to get them back, if it was even possible. All the quotes I was getting around here were absurd, I actually thought about just moving on and forever regretting my mistake.

But after researching online some more, I found Recovery Force being recommended by a bunch of people on Reddit. I loved that they had flat rate pricing, so there were no surprises. They were super quick as well. Within 2 days of receiving my hard drive, Luke sent me what he found, recovered it all, and my hard drive was back in the mail to me.

I ran into a ton of shipping issues trying to get the package back from DHL, but Anne was there every step of the way and worked with DHL to make sure the package got delivered. Total was around $475 including shipping. I cannot recommend and thank Recovery Force enough!!

We had an external drive stop detecting on our computers this week and feared the worst. The content was valuable so we were prepared to pay for whatever it took to recover it. We went with Recovery Force due to the free assessment, competitive pricing, and reviews. The team was very friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions about how the process works and after their assessment were honest and transparent about our drive only requiring a new housing and not a data recovery. In the end I was able to purchase a new housing for about $35 and am able to access my drive again. It is a testament to the customer service that RF provides that they were so honest and helpful with the solution when a company could have easily just put the drive in a new housing and charged full price. If you're looking for data recovery services, I fully recommend RF and will always refer people to them moving forward for their fantastic customer service.

I was not diligent in backing up my computer and had a drive failure last week. This company was recommended by a computer company that couldn't recover my data. I had just switched phones and all my pictures were on that drive only when it failed. They recovered my entire drive contents, including all the pictures from my phone. Dropped it off Friday and picked it up Tuesday morning. Amazing work and kudos to them. I highly recommend them.
