I have had the privilege of working with Dan Dumouchel and his team at Red Alert over the last 20+ years. He/they were always available and ready to provide answers to any and all of our hardware issues. He/they also fixed our software issues which was not part of their hardware contract, they understood the importance of a busy practice to be up an running. Before retiring I managed a practice with multiple office and Dan and his team provided the hardware and software support for all of them. most of the issues they handled remotely but when that wasn't working they came out to the practice right away. They always made sure that we had minimal or no down time. They are very fair with their fees and always provide an estimate. They are worth every penny. I have recommended Red Alert for hardware and software support to may dental practices and will continue to recommend them to any company that requires their computer expertise.
