Jeremy was an emergency referral for me and absolutely saved my day and more when I lost my domain/email. He was so quick to help navigate me to a point where he could take over and help me find the information I needed to help him resolve my crisis. When my computer broken and I think I loss all the informations that I have in the computer. Jeremy was help me with new computer and backup and bring the files back from the old computer. Jeremy is always looking out for my best interest. He can provide laptops, software, repairs, installations.Jeremy is very good for helping his clients get to solution and he takes the time to answer all of my computer questions.

I connect with Red Fox to have my work station reequipped. They came in and provided me a new wireless keyboard and mouse, a monitor stand, new junction box along with a new Lenovo ThinkPad. I also received a new encrypted daily back up system and a secondary back up. Everything was put in place within the day and I was up and working on my new system that evening. Red Fox even followed up with me at least once a week for the past 3 to ensure everything was working smooth. I had a couple minor adjustments that I wanted changed to my likely and everything was handled in good time. I would recommend Red Fox to any small business that needs an overall their systems, they will treat you right.
