Honestly the best cellphone repair company. They truly care about their customers. The owner has taken the time to tell me why my phone broke so easily (last time it was fixed by someone who wasn't professional) and what steps to take in order to prevent my phone from being damaged once more. He recommended a case which is a replica of an otterbox case and has given me an amazing deal (no other well-known companies would do that). On top of that he explained that the phone is under warranty and if there's any issues I could bring it in. A wonderful family owned company and I truly recommend it if you want your phone fixed the proper way.

Made the mistake of getting my Iphone repaired here. Had a cracked screen on my then new Iphone 7 (this was over a year ago) got the screen repaired at a fair rate similar to what most places charge. Phone turned off on me the next day. Went back in to see what the issue was, left after waiting an hour or two for the repair to be completed. They assured me everything is in working form. Later that night the phone turned off again. Went back the next day to see what the issue was, they explained a cable was loose but they can repair it. Left again after waiting an hour or two for repair to be completed. Later that day the home screen button stopped working. Returned the next day absolutely frustrated. Spoke with the owner this time because he happened to be there. They could not repair my phone and did not claim responsibility for all the damage to it. A simple cracked screen repair ended up destroying my phone all together because the technician that worked on it clearly didn't have enough experience. Left there fuming at how they dealt with the situation and made my way to the apple store to buy a new phone. The Iphone 7 they broke is just sitting in a drawer now collecting dust. Thanks guys, you took my money and destroyed my phone.

I went in for some internal issues with my phone and for some accessories. The place was well-organized, and the staff were very adament to help. Owner was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable on android devices in general. I'm not a tech-savvy person but he put it into terms and analogies for me to understand how to use my device better and make it last longer. Really appreciated!
