Their Director of Sales, Spencer Lee, went above and beyond in coordinating the move of our copier to our new location, making the process seamless and stress-free. Mark and his team are very friendly and approachable from start to finish. I work at Angevaare Mazda, and our previous lease was coming due. I was in contact with Mark regarding renewal worried that there would be increases, but to my surprise he was able to renew our lease and our payments actually decreased. We had our updated new machine in less than 3 weeks, and was delivered quickly. Setup was very straight forward, my only advice would be check all your settings on your own, cloning might be an option that is suggested, but is not 100% guaranteed to work when moving to newer models. In the end, only took a short period of time to get thing back up and running! Thanks Mark!
