AMAZING SERVICE! Peter was fast, straightforward and incredibly honest about the work that needed to get done.

He was easy to reach, easy to make a plan with and incredibly kind (charging my MacBook and replacing several other keys that needed to get replaced at the same time, saving me time and money)

I had been drastically misquoted by another shop [to have the ‘E’ key replaced on my 2019 MacBook Pro] —and was so grateful for his suggestion to consider going to the Mac store first to see if I would qualify for the keyboard replacement program. This helped set the tone and feel like I could trust him. I didn’t want to wait the weeks it would take for them to do it though, so I went with him. In under 24hrs my keyboard was better than new!
