Your company’s actions are disgraceful

As the wife of Marcel Acunis, I am utterly appalled and deeply concerned by the way your company operates. From an outsider’s perspective, it is shameful and pitiful to see such blatant disregard for your clients. Your company is the epitome of a scam, with predatory agreements designed to exploit and drain every last penny from innocent people. It’s glaringly obvious that you have no regard for human beings or their well-being; your sole purpose is to amass wealth at the expense of others.

The sheer level of greed and lack of compassion you exhibit is beyond appalling. Even if my husband and I were destitute, out on the streets with our family, starving and desperate, it would mean absolutely nothing to you. You’d still ruthlessly demand full payment of the agreement, even though we no longer occupy the office. Adding insult to injury, you would probably rent the space to another unsuspecting victim while continuing to bleed us dry.

This despicable double-dipping is just the tip of the iceberg of your unethical practices. Your company embodies the absolute worst traits imaginable—heartless, greedy, and deceitful. You prey on the vulnerable and thrive on creating misery. For the sake of all that is good and fair in this world, your company should be shut down immediately. The world would undoubtedly be a better, more humane place without your vile existence.

I prefer not to leave negative reviews about any business as it can impact our local community. However, I feel compelled to share my honest opinion. While the staff at the Regus Keel Street Office location were excellent, there were significant issues with billing. Despite only using the facility for 3.5 months, we were overbilled three times. Obtaining a refund for these overcharges was challenging, and they even deducted two months of retainer without our consent.

In just 3.5 months, our billing statement showed over 46 transactions, which seemed excessive. Reconciling these charges with our lease agreement took hours of effort due to the complexity of their billing system. Unfortunately, their billing department appears to be poorly managed.

If possible, I recommend exploring other options and avoiding this Regus location. Thank you.

If you plan to use Regus be very wary of the individuals who work there. When I was first interested in their virtual office service I spoke to Mike who then referred me to James who walked me through the options. James had told me that the 1 year plan was cheaper and that I could cancel at anytime I want. What he didn't tell me was that despite canceling whenever you want you would still have to pay the remainder of the year. I'm a student who opened a business in the summer and have recently decided to close it down as it was hard to manage my studies and work at the same time. I was surprised to learn that I was still being sent invoices by Regus because their cancelation isn't what James had me think it was and now they are asking me to continue paying depsite my business being closed, otherwise they'd refer me to collections. Every person I talked to basically told me "there's nothing we can do". They don't care about you, they care about your money and will do anything to milk as much out of you as possible. Another thing is that it's a hassle to get a hold of anybody and I believe they purposely do this. Their support staff is not reliable, so if you're looking for a virtual office just be wary of the conditions Regus has since they won't be telling you themselves.

I’ve been a customer for 4 years at this place.

Do not, do not - use this place.

They are scammers, they will mess with your business, and they use ugly used-car salesman like tactics to lock you into a contract.

They’ve lost my mail, they’ve rejected my mail because they’ve screwed up their payment systems. If you care about your business, you won’t use this place.

This isn’t like “Rogers” or “Bell” - Regus is much, much more worse.

I usually never post a bad reviews to humiliate a business, hopping that they will improve in the future. Like I see many reviews here from others: Great office space, Great stuff, But the customer service is horrible. Agree, they really need to improve their services.

The office space is nice and the building is always kept clean. The reception staff is very friendly and professional. However if you're looking for a place to rent that won't overcharge you, or that will be honest and refund you when they do overcharge, this is not the place to rent from. Proceed with caution if you choose to rent here.

UPDATE: They never helped. They never refunded me what they over charged me for.
