They don't know what they are doing. Have had multiple problems when picking up prescriptions. Items missing but paid for and canceled prescriptions before they are picked up. Worst pharmacy around i do not recommend you go here

Seem they can’t keep a benefit cards on files and always have to provide with it every time you go in last year or two I’ve never had issues but it is by far the worst place to go to

I don’t what has gone on in this pharmacy in the last 3 months but the phone is never working to order my meds and then they never answer the phone. Meds are never ready even though ordered multiple days ahead of time. There are different staff constantly, absolutely no consistency in the staff any more. Where did all the regular staff go?…

I want to start by saying I have gotten my medication here for years and have never had issues like I do now. The New lady they have working there is rude and incompetent. She clearly has no clue what she is doing or is just a compulsive lier.
I phoned numerous times one day to get a prescription refilled and the pho e line was clearly down because all it would do is ring and then hang up. I went in after work and told her I had been calling all day and that there was something wrong with the line. She proceeds to tell me no there was nothing wrong with it she had been answering it all day. A few minutes later another lady working in the back said they have been working on the phone lines all day so clearly she couldn't have been answering it..
I went in just recently to pick up another prescription that I called in unfortunately that same lady is working and of course my prescription isn't ready. She proceeded to tell me it was because I called it in and it takes 48 hours to process doing it that way. I said that's funny because it said it would be ready in 24 hours the same as it has said for years. The only time all the rules change is when she is working. So then I have to wait an extra 20 minutes for her to get 1 of my prescriptions ready and tells me there is nothing she can do about the other one I will have to come back the tomorrow for it. Like I have all the time in the world to come in everyday to pick up prescriptions that should have been ready, along with wasting gas. Needless to say I have had it and will be switching my medications to shopper's. She is destroying your pharmacy department and it's such a shame.

Where did the incredible staff go? Shauna & Kim who knew what they were doing? Terrible service lately... and the automated system doesn't work now. Had to repeat many times verbally to get my medication ordered... almost had wrong refill due to lack of communication! Not impressed...

Pharmacist lied to my face today she told me she couldn't fill it the prescription unless I called in an advance even though I can buy the product over the counter and that's what I was trying to do, after going to the two other pharmacies in town and purchasing the product over the counter, I went back and confronted her and she just tried to lie her way out of it. Have dealt with them since they've been there I'm done and you should reconsider to unless you like to be lied to

This pharmacy has become one of the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with my RX’s are never ready there is always an issue it scares me sometimes because I ask myself are they even competent enough to pour the right medication
