DO NOT TAKE YOU LAPTOP HERE! I took my laptop to the repair depot because it was “slow”. It was working, but it was slow. I was told that the tech would look at it to decide if it could be fixed and call me the next day and let me know what the situation was. I waited until 12:30 PM and called and was told oh “they’ll call you back”. I then called at 3 PM was again told “they would call me back”. I then called at 5 P.m. and was told “they can’t even start your computer so you need to come and pick it up”. I get there at 5:30 and I want to speak to the tech to find out why it won’t turn on to be told that he left at 4 PM! So I never received a call. I don’t know what happened to my computer or what’s wrong with it. They told me it wouldn’t turn on, but it is starting but then I get an error screen and it shuts down. What did they do?! It was only slow when I took it in., and now it’s not working! Guess that’s why the tech didn’t want to talk to me because they made it worse. That is the worst Customer Service I’ve received in a long time and now I have a laptop that is not working at all. So I would suggest you give these guys a miss and find someone else to fix your laptop!!

Carelessly damaged my computer. I sent my computer for repair and when I got home I found out the technician broke a chunk of my PCIe slot.

I thought this place would be good from the reviews, however that is clearly not the case. Very unprofessional bad service.

I built the desktop 5 years ago and nothing was damaged, I even worked on it before sending it in for repairs nothing was damaged. When the technician removed my GPU he broke my PCIe as shown below and I did not receive an apology, or even an admittance they did anything wrong when I brought it up the next day.

Highly recommend this place, All of sudden I got a blue death screen and despite all my endless hard weekend effort I wasn't able to solve the issue. Based on below references I brought my laptop to REPAIR DEPOT to take care of it. Adil did an amazing job on fixing it very quickly. He is very professional, highly skilled, kind and trustworthy. The price is reasonable and service absolutely amazing. Definitely the best place for your computer repair

I had called about my macbook and was told to come the next day showed up the guy (print store) inside told me that computer guy is not here for the weekend he is on vacation.

It was a waste of a my time making the trip.

Great service and fast diagnostics at a good price. Brought a 4 year old laptop with charging problems in. It was looked at right away and opened up to confirm things inside. A quick battery disconnect and reconnect cleared up the issue for now along with an honest assessment that it may be time for a new battery. Honest and speedy service with a plan to take the next step if necessary. Top notch!

I visited the store for help with my Dell laptop which had stopped turning on and Adil was sweet enough to run a diagnosis in front of me when I told him I couldn't leave the laptop with him. He was very honest and told me straight up that it would be cheaper for me to buy a new laptop instead of getting it fixed. And at the end, he didn't even charge any money for the diagnosis! Very amazing and geniune guy!!!

I noticed this place had good reviews on Google so I decided to give them a shot. Even though it took longer than expected to replace my shattered phone screen, I was very happy with the service. They spent hours working on it because my screen was slightly bent and they wanted to make sure the new screen fit on perfectly so I would not have issues. I found their price range to be right in the middle of the other places I called($80 for an iphone 5s screen repair). Excellent service and friendly staff made my mistake of dropping my phone, not so bad.
