This is my 5th time dealing with this business. EVERY experience has been great which is why my husband and I will only deal there eventhough it means driving from Hanmer.

The staff is very welcoming, polite, courteous, highly knowledgeable and strive to complete needed repairs A.S.A.P.
This business has a regular high influx of clients surely due to customer satisfaction which on rare occasions causes a slight delay in work being completed on the original agreed pick-up date and approx. time. This situation has only occurred to me once but was extremely impressed that the owner literally dropped what he had been working on and spent the time required to immediately address the issue with my iPad. (he took the time to explain things to me while maintaining direct eye contact explaining on a level that an individual like myself who basically has NO technical knowledge could actually understand)

I’ve been here only a couple times but the service has been nothing short of fantastic!

First time in was a gaming handheld and they handled it in no time at all. Second was for a charging port cleaning on my phone and it was done on the spot and the fella working on it was nothing but friendly and informative!

Would highly recommend coming in for whatever tech issues you might be having.

These guys were absolutely amazing! We traveled from Australia and my sons Xbox stopped working. They fixed it on the spot for us. They went above and beyond after we had previously been elsewhere ans they couldn't help us.
