James and his crew are top notch. As being in the same industry these are my go to company for anything that's too big for us. There is no need for me to worry about the heavy things when James is around. I even get him to take care of my own trucks when they let me down...

Had James come for company truck I was driving, had turbo come apart from kingcity en route up to cervise in inisfil. Had good chat going up as back in the day had his dad for CAA service years ago! Down to earth guy. Good service, also had another of his trucks do work for mid Ontario when worked there.

If they had the option for a 10 star to pick instead of 5 , this is what i would give this amazing company, Im the owner of the company Faytrim and we only use Rescue 51 because there always there and there so easy to deal with, and in the towing industry theres alote of other companies that on behalf of my experience i will never deal with. Great Job guys keep up the amazing work at what you guys do because your doing it very well.

Great customer service, and I highly recommend Rescue 51. Towed my company truck to get repaired. Honest and up front from beginning to end. Hard to find friendly professional 24hr service these days. Google only allows a 5 star review, otherwise it would be a solid 10. I’ll only be calling them in the future when their services are required.

I had a break down last week, my friend recommended this company. I was very impressed at the level of care that I was given , The lady in the office was reassuring that everything would be taken care of for me . James was kind and super polite. My truck was taken to a local repair shop that I am a customer of. Very professional. Very polite , will use again if required.
