Amazing experience! Greg is top notch, and I can't recommend him enough. He was responsive, reliable, and provided constant updates, going above and beyond to try and fix my computer issue. It's hard for me to trust others with my Macbook due to past experiences, but I know I have made the right choice in asking Greg for help. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future! I had an issue with my PC and tried to get in touch with Staples Tech Department. After calling all day and getting nothing but busy messages, I decided to contact Greg and he responded within minutes. Very professional and honest.
