I had an old 2012 MacBook Pro that refused to boot up after a macOS update. Every time I opened up the computer it would hang indefinitely on the installation update screen. Safe Mode wouldn't work, Recovery Mode showed the drive as already being blank and wouldn't let me access any files. I realized it had been awhile since I properly backed up the computer but RescueTech did an amazing job getting all the files and data off the drive. Fast, fair price, great service

I am BEYOND impressed with Rescue Tech.
Specifically, my Mac Air argued with the floor in which the screen was smashed. As a diligent consumer, I did reach out for quotes asap in regard to the timeline and the cost of replacing it. Rob, Ashton and his other wonderful staff members put my mind at ease 100%.
To be even more specific, Rescue Tech ensured that I had an ACTUAL Apple Screen (or a choice of a general no-name one), price options, colour etc. Not only that, but they explained everything thoroughly to me and had it ready to go in 48-72 hours. Oh and also, the price was very fair and in all honesty, I would have paid more for the service alone.
While I knew I would end up with Rescue Tech somehow, every other shop proved me right, because they did not make me feel that they were trustworthy or thorough.
***Rescue Tech is by far the only place I would ever recommend***

I had yet another amazing experience with RescueTECH, this time for my gaming PC. I used their Bring Your Own Parts service to have a new motherboard and PSU installed in my pre-built PC. When my parts came earlier than expected, I dropped of my PC at rescue tech at 3:30 pm on a Friday fully expecting to get it back the following Monday, but the tech had the full installation done before the end of the day! They even stayed 5 minutes late for us when a 3-car pile up on Sask. Drive had us running a little late! RescueTECH has been and continues to be my go-to spot for tech related help in the city. Their staff are not only very kind and knowledgeable in their field, but are very efficient folks!

My laptop hinge broke and needed a quick fix as I am a university student doing classes online. The service itself was very quick, only taking a weekend, and customer service was great! If I ever have another tech problem I know I will be coming back!

I had an amazing experience with RescueTECH...I was doing my own RAM upgrade in a new Mac Mini and the fan socket detached from the motherboard. After visiting a few websites in the area and reading reviews, it was clear that this was my best shot, and I received the same type of care and service that was described in other comments. Fixed it properly, fair price....MUCH cheaper than dealing with Apple directly would have been, as Apple very quickly washed their hands of it because of me the end user doing their own upgrade. RescueTECH really saved my bacon, and I would definitely use them again. Very professional staff! Well done!

The battery in my trusty 2013 MacBookPro was on its last legs, and in May 2022 Robert was able to order a replacement, swap it out the same day when dropped it off, and even fixed a noisy fan. It's been running like a new machine. Excellent all around. The photo attached is the old batteries! I forgot to take the after photo.
