Rhenti has been an absolute game-changer for our property management process! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and it's made managing leads and marketing so much easier. What really sets Rhenti apart, though, is their outstanding customer service. We ran into an issue late on a Saturday evening, and their team was right there to troubleshoot and guide us through it. I am very unimpressed with this property management.
We scheduled a viewing and no one on their team showed up. I contacted them multiple times with no replies while we were at the property to see if anyone was coming.
When trying to reschedule the company apologized for missing the viewing but never contacted us again to reschedule.
Super disappointing as I really liked the property.

It was very user-friendly from the outset, from creating a profile, entering the property description, and uploading the photos. The reach to all the advertising platforms was truly impressive. As a Landlord listing rental units, Rhenti is the most convenient app for me. It is a one-time setup of the listing that then gets blasted out to multiple rental platforms for you. There is a rental viewing calendar tool for renters to use, plus a rental application app for the renter to fill in with pre-set questions. I highly recommend this service, for its ease of use AND for the support I received directly from the Rhenti team. This support consisted of a very helpful phone call to set me up properly, plus very fast responses to my post-set up queries. The Rhenti team is helpful and professional, very eager to make sure we are set up properly with this service. I will use Rhenti anytime I am listing my rental units. Priced reasonably - versus using a realtor who will charge a full months' rent to find a tenant.

Terrible first experience with Rhenti.

Tried to book a viewing twice for a unit, the email I got after told me to wait for a confirmation email. Did not receive it for the both times I booked a viewing. I decided to just apply for the unit. After I got an email saying if I don’t hear back after 48 hours to use their chat feature on the site. I’ve messaged them 4 times, all have been read but no response. First time I’ve dealt with Rhenti an it hasn’t been good. Also Nicole from East Vista had a bit of an attitude when I called about the unit an everything that’s been going on. Was not enjoyable at all to talk with her. I’m not one to leave reviews especially like this but this whole experience was very frustrating an unprofessional.
