No food or drink allowed. No bathroom and they have the authority to search you bags. And they want your first born for a t shirt. Prices are crazy in there. This was the place to go in the past Now it's a place to avoid in my book. If your looking for good service and prices I'd avoid riffs in deer lake at all cost lol.

Until today Riffs was my favorite store to shop especially for men's clothing.
I purchased a jacket for my brother for christmas and it was to small I returned it today for a larger size and when the cashier picked it up off the counter she noticed a small hole on the inside of the jacket which I never saw when I purchased it. She had to talk to the manager and was told it could not be returned because it looked like it had been burned I'm not sure if it looks like a burn or not but I do know it was done before I purchased it. I talked to the manager myself and was told the same I explained to her that I brought it home wrapped it, my brother came Christmas day he opened it and tried it on it was to small and it was Put in a bag to be returned. She asked if it was possible that it may have been burned / asked if my brother smoked to which I replied yes he does smoke but not in my house and as you can see all tags are attached so he wasn't outside with it on. I asked her was it possible that maybe it was like it when you received it or done in the store or maybe somebody else returned it oh no she said every item is inspected thoroughly when it comes from the company before going on the shelf and when people return things. ( I really find this hard to believe). I could go on but I should end here. Not sure where I will do my shopping now especially christmas shopping as I will not be shopping at Riffs anymore.

I love this little store! Its about the only place left that we can get layaways! And they always have brand name clothing at discount prices! That's what I'm all about! Haha Plus the staff is always great too!! ?

bought sale item on Nov 29/16
item was unsuitable
returned to store for refund
was told i could not return item on sameday but could do it following day
returned to store on Nov 30/16 for refund then was told there was no return or refund
unbelievable customer service
beware of this store

Fairly cheap clothes but unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot to choose from.
