First of all - love the new store! Renovations are fantastic and everything in its place makes the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Especially love “The Loft” experience.
Went in for paint and accessories today as well as odds and ends - Kyle was our customer service representative and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Well done Rimbey Home Hardware!!

Went into the Rimbey store yesterday to buy several different items: bicycle helmet and replacement tire tube, RV electrical power adaptor, and a flex water hose and easily found everything I was looking for! Gotta say when my wife and I walked through the front door we were immediately met by the WOW factor. Friendly staff welcomed us, the space was open, and bright lighting showed off rows of neatly stocked shelves filled with everything you could ever want. Needed some help finding one item and the staff were right there to help us out!
Such an incredible transformation of the former store - thank you to the Home Hardware team for a wonderful shopping experience!

Really unimpressed with the new store management. The old owners had pride and treated their staff with kindness and integrity. These owner's seem to be hiring new staff often, and the manager wasn't incredibly kind to this lady when she did a return for me. She seemed to be new and was just learning so I wasn't in a huge rush. Hopefully they improve in the future.

Customer service is a weakness. The website is a HUGE weakness too. I drove an hour to this location to purchase a lawn tractor that the website said "1 available in store". Which apparently, there wasn't one, but who's to say, nobody even looked. Simply stated that they don't have them in store. When I asked why the website said there is 1, they said it was one someone ordered and purchased.

Okay, so why would something someone purchased appear on the website as "in stock"

I then ordered and purchased the mower online, to which it was processed, then canceled just as fast. The website then said "out of stock". Well today, 2 days later, the website says there is 1 in store in Rimbey!!!

I will not be a Home Hardware customer in the future.

Good luck getting refunds on returned items, you can return it but it needs to go through the right hand man process before you get your money back. I just left it there so the didn’t have to waste there time processing it. They could resell it and double there money. I briefly tested it on fabric. I bought hundreds of dollars of products from them the 2 days I stayed in Rimbey. The staff was was awesome , I think he was the owner or manager, not sure if he was having a bad morning.

Premx 4 stroke fuel? but no premix 2 cycle like aspen 2 ? 54$ plus tax for a gallon ? Most expensive fuel ive ever seen
