For the past 2 years the company I have been with has used Rite Cab to arrange travel for our customers. Many travel arrangements include getting our customers to appointments on time. Rite Cab has consistently been reliable for us and our customers. The dispatchers are friendly and efficient and the drivers are kind and helpful. We have been and continue to be very pleased with their service and we know that our customers get to their destinations safely and on time. Great service.

I have tried other cab companies in town but only use Rite Cab now. Cars are clean and the service is nice. I know what I will be paying up front bc the price list is in the cars so I don't have to guess. Drivers are always nice and professional.

Unclear Pricing and Overcharging – Avoid Rite Cab!

I had a very disappointing experience with Rite Cab, and I want to warn others about it.

I booked a ride from Walmart to No Frills with a stop at Bridgewater Mall. The driver never mentioned the price upfront, which is already a major red flag. When I got to my destination, I was charged more than I expected.

Here’s what I was charged:
- Walmart to Bridgewater Mall: $10
- Bridgewater Mall to No Frills: $12

The total came to $22, but the extra charges for the stop were unclear. The driver should have communicated all costs before the ride, not after. I felt like the charges were excessive and not transparent.

I would recommend steering clear of Rite Cab. There are many other taxi services that are more upfront with their pricing and offer better service.

HORRIFIC customer service.
I have a broken leg and need a walker to get around. On Feb 7,2019 i used their cab service. When i got close to the gold cab, the driver made no attempt to help me into the cab with my walker. After opening the back door to put my walker in myself, i then had to close the door, hop on one foot to the front of the car and open my own door. Then after going just across the street and getting charged $8.00, he made no attempt to get out and help me with my walker AGAIN. So i had to hop to the back of the vehicle to get my walker and then close the doors myself. When I complained to the company they claimed that the car I was describing was out of commission and that it was only girls driving and one guy driving (they later changed that information to someone else). I asked them to just check their logs and find out who the driver was and improve their service. They claimed they didnt understand how to make a phone call (which at this point we were on the phone), they claimed people were out to get them and that we didnt know what she had been through, they were sluring their words and denying what happened had even happened. They went further and called us multiple times within a short time frame, we talked to the owner, the manager and a driver who was not even apart of the situation because he wasnt working the day it happened. The owner accused me of being on marijuana as if to devalue my complaint, then when we wished them a good evening they told us to F off... im sorry but Rite cab has very poor Customer service all around.

Service is normally pretty good, but today was different, I had been told I couldn't be picked up yet because the driver had an appointment not long after, they told me they would call when they were ready and never called back, I waited around for about an hour and a half after calling until I decided to just get a family member to help.
