Rivet has been a blessing to our cafe twice! The first time, Rivet created a space that showcased our branding and worked with a small budget. We really wanted to create a comfortable, welcoming space and Rivet delivered. They were so great to work with we chose them a second time. We have been able to move locations and Rivet created another fantastic space! We have gotten such a great response from our customers who love it too! The whole team was great at understanding what we wanted and bringing ideas to the table. Definitely would recommend!

Did some photo and video work for Rivet in April 2022 and was never paid despite countless attempts to contact them. Pretty sure they have blocked my emails and calls because I have never heard back from them. Don’t trust these people with your money.

Edit: Rivet is claiming that the quality is not up to par however they are proudly using the best photos on their website. Also, the photos and video I provided were clearly indicated as drafts and not yet finalized. Although I was very clear these are drafts, they were never able to indicate what was wrong other than “it’s not good enough” or work with me to make things right. Draft footage is not expected to look like the best work on my website which I often spend several hours and iterations perfecting based on my own high standards and input from my client.

I was also told over email by the owner that the invoice would be paid in full if I sent all footage for them to edit on their own. I sent them footage then was ghosted, just to find my photos on their website. This is textbook copyright infringement and cannot be tolerated.

Lastly, this is the only review I have put up - the other reviews calling you out for not paying invoices are separate issues that you obviously are doing your best to discredit.

This was a highrise condo, with excellent infrastructure but very dated presentation. Rivet gutted, redesigned, + rebuilt the kitchen, opening up one wall + moving water lines. Rivet designed + contracted construction of kitchen furnishings, a wall unit/entertainment centre; + a wall-to-wall dresser/desk unit. Rivet refurbished walls, baseboards, mouldings, closets, light fixtures; + collaborated on the selection of colours, styles, fabrics, finishes, + furnishings.
Throughout the project, all staff were reliable, helpful, cheerful, creative, knowledgeable, + consistently provided skilled, quality workmanship.
Nicole herself provided exceptional attention to duty, going above + beyond when the situation warranted, providing innovative ideas + the energy to realize them, + offering herself for service at every level of the project.

They were contracted for a store project by me and still after 6 weeks haven’t paid the contractors they hired and won’t respond. We paid them the owing amounts which should have been paid out immediately. Still no possible resolution and to boot they are still shopping at my store like nothing is happening. I’ve never had anything like this happen and it is absolutely unacceptable. Project money should be allocated to project contractors.
