My grandmother was extremely well taken care of. I witnessed multiple nurses tending to her every need and each time they came into her room, they offered love, excellent care and compassion.
The cleanliness of her room was above average as well.

The kind and caring folks at Robertson House really helped my mom to come alive, recover her strength from a chronic illness, make new friends and find a very positive outlook which had been lacking. The staff are kind and caring and the other residents are both very friendly and very caring. Robertson House by Spring Living has been a great experience for our family. The care they give is the number one reason to choose their home. The nursing staff is so patient and lovely, the quality of the meals are excellent and residents have plenty to do. With how caring and genuine the staff is, I highly recommend this retirement home to anyone looking for one. There is no other place like it.

All of the staff are very professional and compassionate. The ongoing communication with families is excellent. I'm kept in the loop at all times concerning my brother even with minor issues. As well, any concerns that I have are addressed immediately. I recommend Robertson House for families that are looking for a safe environment
