They told me they had no one to commit to the "huge project" that was my laptop popped off of one of its hinges. I could do it myself if I had the tools to do so. I took it to a gentleman working out of his house and he fixed it up good in less than an hour.

I've asked others about their experiences and they have said similar things: that they do not have the staff to work on fixing computers.

It sounds like their staff that is dedicated to repairing computers are students, so they're to busy to fix computers during school years. Even simple tasks like my situation.

They are nice people. But, think of them as just a computer store outside of the summer; I stress this to university students who are looking to get their computer repaired.
