I brought my laptop 3.5 weeks ago. For the check up, they had 50$ also they said the check up will take 3 days but It took 1 week. After the check up they said my laptops fan needs to be changed. I asked long will it take to arrive here if I order the fan. They told 1 week. It became 2.5 weeks and I am still waiting. Today I learned they ordered the same part again because theres no information or progress about that. So it means it will take another 2.5 weeks. I really do not reccomend here if you need to take your computer back quickly.

I called this morning needing help with my laptop. It looked like I had a virus attack and I need my computer for work right away. The fellow on the phone was very helpful and walked me through some steps to try to fix the problem. It worked! I'm so happy I called. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and co-workers!

I dropped my laptop off for service three weeks ago. I was surprised at the delay given that the service tech assured me the repair would take about a week. I was also surprised that I wasn't informed of the cause of the delay. So I called to find out myself and found that the service department hadn't even ordered the necessary part yet! Now do I continue to wait, or waste more of my time retrieving my still broken laptop? Oh and the icing on the cake was that I called on Monday and asked to be called back the next day with an update on the repair. It's now Friday and I received no follow up call, and the service department has obviously decided to call it a day early because no one answered my call just before the 5:00 closing time. Overall my experience with this company has been terrible!
