What a wonderfull shop with amazing products.

The owner was incredibly friendly, and showed me different clothing which were all very high quality and made in Canada. After I did my purchase, she hand sewed a beautifully Canadian patch on my shirt which is also from a very high quality. If you ever have a chance to visit the amazing village in Banff, make sure you stop by the Rocky Mountain Flannel Company.

Chocolate is delicious! Flannel is so soft. The owner, Gail is the sweetest,.most accommodating and gracious lady you will ever meet! Her flannel is soft and beautiful. And you have to try her chocolate bars...so decadent. I will make it a regular stop when
in Banff!

Stopped into this store for the first time. The customer service was fantastic. The lady at the store was genuine and kind. We purchased a new flannel shirt and she took the shirt to the back and pressed it so that my partner could wear it to dinner. I have never had someone offer to do that before!

While visiting Banff my friends and I stopped by Rocky Mountain Flannel Company. I wanted to purchase a flannel jacket and Gayle was so helpful. They didn’t have my preferred size in stock so Gayle shipped the item from the Jasper location to Toronto (where I’m from) without charging me shipping! She was super helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Quality of the jacket is 10/10 and it also came with a free tote!

I had a really great shopping experience here with Jess (it was a few weeks ago so the name may be wrong - apologies), a very helpful Kiwi girl.

The shirt I thought, at first, was a bit expensive for me (being here on a work and holiday visa), now though I see that the price is absolutely worth the quality.

The shirt is so soft and warm, the only one problem with it is I struggle to wear it as my girlfriend likes it just as much as I do!

Make sure to wash on a cold and delicate spin cycle, and hang dry to ensure longevity of the product.

Recommended as a souvenir, or gift: the timeless classic Canadian lumberjack shirt will give me memories of this wonderful place for years to come.

I bought a couple shirts there about 8 months ago. They're really great quality and have kept their shape/ condition super nicely. The woman at the store was so nice when I bought it, and their Customer Service agents are absolutely incredible. I will most definitely be buying from here again.

Went there to buy some Christmas presents, I knew exactly what I wanted, it should have been an easy and quick shopping experience. 2 women were working, both of them on the phone. We were the only customers in the shop and yet completely ignored. We waited there for 15minutes when one of the lady (still on the phone and obviously annoyed by our presence) asked us if we needed something. We left the shop without buying anything. Not a hello or a goodbye from the staff. I guess they don’t need our business. Won’t go back there, there are other shops in Banff way more welcoming and respectful of their customers.
