Have been there two different times to get bikes fixed over the last 4 years. Both times it took 2/3 months. Both repairs were very basic I just didn’t have the right tool to do it myself. Would rather go to an actual busy bike shop and have it done in a week in red deer.
That being said the repair they did do was good, it just took forever.

This is by far one of Rocky’s most hidden gems. Loyal has been great to my family as well as myself. We couldn’t be more pleased with all purchases. Loyal’s expertise is second to none! My kids love this place and the owner.

Like the previous review be extremely cautious of old inventory being sold as new. Also be aware that when you buy a bicycle here it is very difficult to get any warranty work done as they are focused on selling bicycles not providing the following service work.

Went to get my bike tuned up and showed up 10mins after 12:00, the website said opens 12:00 and so does the door! I sat there and waited for a hour and a half just to waste my time! No one showed up! I will be going to red deer from now on!

I know your all thinking it’s spring & time to purchase your next bike! But PLEASE be warned that the bikes sold here could be old inventory! Being sold at full market price as new models. I purchased a bike here last year “2021” & was told with certainty it was new or “last years model”. Possibly a transition year from the factory. When in fact it wasn’t. Turning out to be over 3 years old, I reluctantly returned the bike as some things are just to good to be TRUE. But it wasn’t over yet. After returning the bike my debit interact return was canceled. After filling a theft investigation with my credit company to recover the funds. I had finally finished my ordeal. Whole experience was not one to remember. Save your time & money!

I visited this store to tighten up the loosed steering nut. it wouldn't take more than 1 minute. Everybody can do it. but I just did have right tool.
The owner said it would take 2 week to 3 week. the store is not busy at all ever. open only 20 hours per week. never go this store. such a bad impression. I would rather order the tool from amazon $6.99

Overall a terrible experience.
I came in to see if I can get my bike fixed.
The person working was extremely rude and insulting.

Upon entry when he looked at me I asked if I can get my bike fixed. He was upset I walked in the wrong door with my bike. Then told me there’s other customers before me. Following, told the other customer he’ll continue to help him as he’s a paying customer. Also, mentioned that my $3500 Giant bike was made in China hence they have their own sizes, not something he would have parts for.
Overall I can’t remember ever being treated this rudely and being insulted all within 5 min.
I you’re looking for even an ok service level, go somewhere else.

Was on our way through to go camping at Crimson Lake and had to stop in to look for brake pads for my bike. Beyond the best experience I've had in a bike shop Alberta wide. Owner is attentive and vastly knowledgeable. Great guy to chat with and knows his stuff. I'll be bringing my bike here for service in the future as it's 100% deserving of the extra time and travel distance.
