Family run business in INUVIK. Only place in town I could find for a propane tank refill. Super friendly. They like to fill tanks after 4:00 pm due to staffing. If they aren’t too busy, they will fill other times but with a service charge. Positive experience.

Fabulous service and friendly operator. We were met at 10:30 on a Sunday morning to fill our propane tank. Evan was happy to meet us at our convenience as we rolled out of town in our motorhome. Again, great service!

While on holiday we were looking for license plates for our son. In Inuvik there was a company that sold us 1 plate for $40.-. We also stopped by Rocky's and asked if they sold license plates. We got 2 for free!!! and 1 more special one, which we could pick up the next day. Called up and asked about RV propane at right after 4PM on a Thursday. Was told they stop propane at 4pm, but if I was nearby to come right over. Rolled over from town and they took my 20lb canisters, drove them to get loaded and brought them back, and installed them back on my RV.

Awesome folks here, super friendly, definitely stop if you need propane or plumbing!

Wow is all I can say. I could smell propane and didn't know if there was a leak. I drove to the shop and a technician came right away and advised me that the smell was my refrigerator exhaust and not a leak. Great service. Wow

Travelling back to Inuvik from Tuk, a rock took out the valve on my tank drain on my travel trailer, resulting in all of the water in my tanks leaking out and potentially a major inconvienence to my families trip.

After stopping at the first 2-3 plumbing/ever repair shop places in town, I wasn’t able to garner much interest/support in getting this fixed in some fashion.

Upon arrival at Rocky’s, I was greeted enthusiastically with some real interest shown in helping me out. It wasn’t long before we came up with a solution that worked, and I was on my way again - pro bono to boot!

Exemplary northern customer service at its best!
