Jordan in the Paint Department-You are absolutely amazing! I only called to make sure they had a certain brand of paint in stock because it was on sale and I was sending my hubby to pick up the paint however Jordan not only confirmed they had that paint in stock, he offered to have it mixed, gave his opinion on the type of sheen and had it ready to go when my hubby arrived...made our lives soooo much easier. Way to go above and beyond any other paint store I've ever been to. Great customer service!

Needed specific color of replacement toilets. Thinking I needed to have somewhere in the city to order them. I learned that its all what you need at Rona Olds. I consulted with Tina Visser at Rona in Olds. Not only did she make it easy but handled it all for me!

I have only had positive experiences at this Rona location. Love that it is locally owned. Always good to have more choice in the town. It is my go to for all lumber and construction needs.

Great selection of tools. I picked up a Milwaukee impact wrench and it was a better price than amazon. Also, local owners is a huge plus. Keep it in the community.

Everyone was super helpful and kind! I got my new eavestroughs from Rona when they first opened and they helped me find the right size and cut it for me. Great family owned store were lucky to have in Olds

Won't last long with any luck! Hardly any stock. Purchased something in airdrie, I bought the wrong thing. Olds is closer to me ans so I went to return (unopened, with receipt, literally from yesterday). They refused to return it as they aren't "affiliated" with other ronas. So how can you call yourselves rona if ur not actually rona? Makes no sense. Before all this, I went to purchase something that was in the rona flyer and they didn't want to give it to me for that price, because they "have their own flyer". Shouldn't be called rona if you can't honor their policy.
