Very rude and don't give you information before hand on what to bring just for us to come in person and be sent right back out it's very inconsiderate of people time they didn't want to help me at all my job put me on restrictions and had me out of work just for them to to try to deny me because the worker didn't want to do her job .then proceed ro tell.me they out of funds I didn't ask for any emergency funds at all I've been treated with disrespect and illegally I hate that I live where I do because this is a agency with nothing but people who don't care what happens to you just rude and disrespectful and want somebody to get denied this location needs to be closed downtown doesn't have these issues

The program sounds good and could be helpful if the employees tried to do something. It’s not worth it when the employees aren’t doing their job cause they can decide to close your case whenever and base it off “I called once , no answer so I closed the case” even if you have called them prior 13 times... Using “I have many cases “ as an excuse whenever they’re to lazy to get back to you. They’re disorganized and good luck getting an answer. I’ve literally called daily, several times, leaving several messages and nobody answers. I’m not sure who they have as operators but they’re terrible. Yet, When I go there in person (more than 4 times because they refused to answer so I had to go) the phones were ringing but the girls are sitting there on they phones clinking they nails and gossiping.. when you walk up for service they’re just looking at you stupid, nearly throwing a fit cause they have to get up and do work instead of nearly ignoring calls all day. The operator voicemail is full due to me and others leaving so many unanswered and unreturned voicemails. If they did do their job the voicemail box wouldn’t ever be full for so long. Cause you’re suppose to listen, reply and delete the voicemail to clear space, this simple thing showing they’re not doing their jobs. I’d love the program if I had an actual person to talk to when need me, I can’t even email cause it’s the same as leaving a voicemail.. simply ignored and unanswered. When I do finally speak with someone it’s as if I have to be rude like them, or be annoyed for them to want to help me or talk to me. When I’m nice , I get no help, no answers and no concern, but when I match their energy and throw a fit or attitude or speak rude like them.. then they’ll reach out. Sick of the employees. We need better employees at this location. If they’re were better employees, the program might thrive.

Reading the previous reviews there are no lies being told. The service is horrible! Workers does not answer their phone, call back answer emails and will miss your appointment. Very unprofessional if it’s an emergency or if needing help. This business of work is not worth the headache. Keep the people who does their and get rid of the the ones that’s careless please. They’re not helping the community like they should. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They’re not honest at all! They lie about calling and returning calls for interviews so you can reapply. So disgusting!

I will never waste my time these last 6+ months. My checks haven't been at least $100 a month. They enroll you in program without your permission and it been programs that don't have nothing to do with helping you as person. Work experience and workshop is a total waste of time and energy. They're going to put you in a warehouse for you to earn your check thats not worth it. A temp service will pay way more for that same time and energy . These people will never call you back and will never try to call you. I have call everyday for the last 6+ months and just now(3 WEEKS AGO) receiving a call back from the supervisor who has not kept her word. STILL NO CALLS BACK and I'm still enroll in programs I didn't ask for still no cna classes. And my check for the month of June is $0 because of not participating in program that I didn't know about or ask for . Women with children don't waste your time rosswork will have you and your kids on the street .

Their customer service is horrible, I’ve been waiting on them to send out my EA check for 3 months straight they keep giving me the run around no one answers the phone or never calls back when you leave a message.
