To save you time, I wouldn’t recommend Rotessa.

Similar to other reviews, it involved time and effort, received positive feedback, and yet ended in a decline.

They should clearly disclose their approval criteria upfront before asking users to sign up, connect their bank accounts, and then reject them with little to no explanation.

Requesting sensitive banking information under these unclear circumstances is not good business practice and results in a frustrating waste of time for potential customers.

Since they are MSB, they are legally required to retain your records for at least five years. Additionally, while speculative, there's always a possibility that such transaction data could be analyzed or used internally for modeling or business insights, depending on their privacy policy and data practices.

Again, I don't recommended Rotessa.

If you’re reading this, you were probably drawn in by their "appealing" pay-as-you-go plan, only to be unexpectedly rejected. Sorry you had to go through that.

I submitted all my paperwork, bank account and Drivers license and did full verification to find out they denied my application without giving any valid reason. I have been in business for over 3 yrs with excellent track record. I just went in and checked the negative reviews on how they pulled the plug on several long standing customers without any explanation, so maybe this was blessing in disguise for me. Plus they don't have any live person to talk to. It's only 1 Person that attends to your chat. Be
careful signing up with them, lest you want them to pull the plug on your business and leave you hanging once you have an established customer base...

I use Rotessa to process recurring monthly payments, and I have had no issues! It is easy to use, and I appreciate that it takes care of client authorization forms for me. I set up the recurring payments, and let Rotessa do the rest. There is no additional work required on my end to process the payments which is great. The pricing is extremely reasonable, and I've always felt like I'm getting a great deal for what I am paying.
