I am very impressed with Rudy for his diligence, patience, and communication skills to resolve an issue with an MS Teams and Microsoft update. One issue led to another and his constant checking and communication with me over two days is very much appreciated. When we hit roadblock after roadblock we shared a few laughs to get beyond the challenge. In the end Rudy was able to assess the issue and complete a back-up of files and a fresh load of Microsoft and MS Teams. My laptop is much faster now and life is back to normal. Thank you Rudy. It was a pleasure to take a walk with you through that journey.

Just want to say how very impressed we are with James. He has the best customer service demeanor and is always so friendly and pleasant to talk to on the phone. We finally got to meet him in person today and found him to be equally personable in the flesh. He fixed all of our open tickets and answered a lot of other questions we had for him as well.
