Today July 17 at 820 am. I was driving in the left lane and had my signal on to turn left - giving me the right of way. This guy in their company car, was turning into Tim Hortons from the right lane (furthest away). Instead of waiting for me to go, he waited a half a second (as in getting closer) and decided to cut me off. I had to slam on my breaks making my child in the back hit his seat. The driver decided his need to wait in the Tim Hortons line through was greater than obeying the rules of the road. I would never give my money to such incompetent people. All this in a company vehicle too- just feeding into the bad reputation this company already seems to have. Not impressed.

You are getting a nasty review from me , because you left work in my home incomplete, I recorded everything Brett said to me , he said he was out of plugs and would return to COMPLETE THE JOB ! , He left me with no lights in my bedroom and a gapping hole in the wall .
The only plug in , in that room we have access to , and I told him that ! , he swore he would be back to complete the job . And I have NEVER heard from your company since ! . You got paid to do a job ! Guess I will reach out the the safety authority once again ! . This time about you !

I called Saffco because of issues with my furnace. From what I heard they were decent.

From my experience I would say that Kyle who came was excellent. Pleasure to speak with, very knowledgeable and had it fixed quick. Could not believe that it did not feel like a service call. Just great will be calling Saffco in future when I have an issue that I cannot fixed.

We found out the hard way we had a broken kitchen drain pipe for quite some time that caused water damage. We called Saffco and were really happy with how quick the response times were and how proffessional the plumbers were. They kept us updated the entire time and the quote was almost perfect. I am really happy with all the work they did on my house. I will definitly use Saffoc again if another issue arises. I dont normally leave reviews for coys but they did such a great job I felt it was needed.I looked at the other reviews prior to calling Saffco and saw multiple complaints about them not calling back.These reviews are all during covid 19 and the coy had a great response time and called me back anytime i left a message. I think people need to remeber these are not normal times and more patience is required.

Our hot water heater blew and we called around everywhere. We got the we can book you in next month? Saffco installed a new water heater the same day. They were in and out and easy to deal with, nice bunch of young lads!! Thank You Saffco.

Had A/C unit installed by Saffco in 2018. 4 years later I find out (from KOOL-Temp) that refrigerant had leaked out. Kool-Temp installer called it shoddy workmanship. Repair will cost $1000. Do not employ Saffco. I found out the hard way!
In the end they were willing to pressure test the A/C unit, repair leaks and top up the refrigerant free of charge.

My well pump quit Saturday morning. I called Safco because they are my go-to people and "Dave" said he'd do what he could for me. A couple hours later, Dave showed up and did the job of replacing my pump. Dave is the owner of the company and was filling in for employees enjoying a little longer holiday. Nice job.
