Salefish is a fantastic program to integrate into your company’s sales operations. It streamlines the sales process from the lot and model selection all the way down to choosing your exterior colours. It allows potential purchasers to view the home they are interested in, sited on the lot that they are interested in. It also takes into account architectural control requirements to prevent any possible siting errors with models and exterior colours.

It is a huge time saver on busy openings. It allows sales agents to easily scan the purchasers’ driver’s license with an iPad to process all of their information without having to input it manually. This information is transmitted directly to the agreement of purchase and sale. It also easily prints off the entire agreement of purchase and sale with any added schedules.

Overall it has substantial benefits for the builder as well as the purchaser.
