Quick response time, communicated well, and reasonable prices. Professional, honest, and knowledgable. He even wore glove/mask and wiped down my computer. I didn't even have to leave the comfort of my own home to haul my PC down to him. I wish I would have called Sam earlier and saved myself the trouble of troubleshooting for 2 weeks. I recently had issues with my pc's cooling system, but Sam was able to fix it right away. I was a little hesitant of him coming to my house but he's very nice and reliable was able to fix my issue at a good price. If I have any more problems in the future, I definitely use his services again.

Sam was wonderful! I needed a thorough cleaning for my PC and he truly went above and beyond. He applied some new thermal paste and communicated everything he was doing. When I asked him about some issues that our other build was having, he troubleshooted at no additional cost. He gave me recommendations for how to maintain my computer's temperature better and even sent links for parts for the other build. You can tell that he loves what he does and cares about his clients. I was highly satisfied with Sam's service and would hit him up again if I need anything in the future -- friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. Plus, my dog loves him! 🙂 10/10!

Sam was a tremendous help! He is very knowledgeable and honest when assisting me with an issue I had with my PC. I would keep getting an error message and he helped me trouble shoot it over the phone without any cost. When later I had let him know that my computer suddenly stopped turning on, he scheduled to come by and resolved the issue within the hour. He also recommended me parts to upgrade to without spending too much to prevent the issue happening again. I would definitely call him again for any IT related problems.

Needed help finishing up my first pc build and Sam came by the next morning. He Was what seemed efficient and friendly, and most importantly reasonably priced compared to other techs in Pasadena. Although he helped me the first time with putting some parts together my computer started to malfunction two weeks later so I called him again for another issue and my computer was mis diagnosed twice. Even made me take out a new SSD saying it was a bad one, I sent it to Samsung with the warranty and they said it worked perfectly fine (and it does) I always felt like he was rushing and not really taking the time for a proper diagnostic. He was vague about what could be the issue. Although Sam is a nice person and customer service is good I wouldn’t recommend his shop. If you’ve taken your computer here and you feel like your issue hasn’t been resolved take it to someone else for a second opinion. I found another person 20minutes away and resolved my problem within a day.
