I visited the Samsonite store and was incredibly disappointed with the service.

The staff completely ignored us; they didn't even bother to ask if we needed any help.

It was a frustrating and unwelcoming experience. I expected much better from a brand like Samsonite.

We visited samsonite store to buy a couple of gadgets, but unfortunately, none of the salespeople came to assist us upon entering. The congestion was quite high, and despite our efforts, we couldn’t find anyone to guide us through our purchase. However, Plaza Mart is a collective of outlets with a variety of amenities.

Feel free to tweak it to better reflect your experience!

Really enjoyed the pleasant friendly service here. Samsonite does have a great reputation for luggage. They also offer some great Disney themed luggage but its Disney so its priced accordingly.

Wow! This place offers great customer service. I normally buy my backpacks here and they are super reliable and a great value. Recently, I bought one and the stitching was loose. When I went in and asked for an exchange, they were more than happy to get me one, and made it very easy. They made sure I was satisfied and were extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

my 1 star review pertains only to their crediting for returns... I paid in cash and when I returned an item, I was told they'd have to mail a cheque that should be received within 2 weeks... a policy that could very easily be mentioned when someone is paying cash especially these days when so few people pay that way. A very unfair policy to the consumer.
