What a great feeling getting into the hot sauna on a crisp minus 10 winter evening! As a first-time wood burning outdoor sauna owners, we weren’t sure if it was the right fit for us. But then we met Eddy and Ariel who quickly dispelled any doubts we had. They helped us choose the best model and options that our family would enjoy. They walked us through the health benefits, explained how to use it, and made the entire installation process crystal clear. The all-inclusive, transparent pricing was the cherry on top and made our decision a breeze.

The sauna was built exactly on schedule, and the craftsmanship was absolutely top-notch. Eddy gave us a quick tutorial, and before we knew it, we were pros.
All you really have to do is air it out for a couple of hours on the first run.
Now, it’s become our almost daily ritual—whether it’s just us or a gathering with friends. We’re loving it and feeling amazing. The sauna definitely added value to our property and to our quality of life. We will enjoy it for years to come. We will be adding cold plunge and outdoor shower next from Sauna central. Cant wait!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sauna Central. I purchased a cold plunge for $5,000 in December 2024, and as of February 2025, it remains uninstalled and non-functional because it’s missing critical fittings. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company has been unresponsive and unhelpful.

I also hired them to repair my existing $25,000 sauna and install a new tin roof. Their team arrived late after numerous delays, and instead of properly disassembling the sauna as promised, they negligently forced the glass bubble into place, causing it to crack and rendering the sauna completely useless.

The tin roof installation was a disaster—warped metal, sloppy cuts, and bent aluminum made it look unprofessional and unfinished. On top of that, the workers left without notice, abandoning the job and leaving garbage and debris scattered all over my driveway and property.

The lack of professionalism, poor craftsmanship, and complete disregard for customer service is appalling. This entire experience has been stressful, costly, and frustrating. I would not recommend Sauna Central to anyone.

Save your money and find a company that stands behind their work.

Working with Eddie was seamless and being a senior woman not knowing much about saunas he was very patient and helpful in teaching me the ins, outs and operation. The job was quick and clean and professional! The price was excellent compared to the competition. I decided to stain mine with siekens cedar stain. And I’m so happy I did with this snow we had this winter! I purchased it to increase my Airbnb rental income and yes, it sure helped! If it was for me personally I would have gone with the wood burning stove but after long discussions with Eddie we decided upon the electric stove as it’s a rental. More costs involved for an electrician and digging of the trench for the wires but it all worked out in the end and the electrical bills aren’t that bad. So very happy with the choice! It heats up in no time and has an automatic shut off if a renter leaves it on? Love that feature! I purchased the 4-6 man sauna which looks like a cute little hobbit house! LOL But very efficient! It’s a hit with my renters! I included both stained and un stained pictures. Thanks Eddie!

We have now had our 8-person sauna for about 6 months, and we are particularly relishing it during these cold months! From our first visit to the showroom when we met with Jonny, to its final installation, it has been an outstanding and worry-free experience. Eddie saw us through the selection process, the details of installation, and attended to any follow-up questions we had. Delivery and installation went off without a hitch. The quality of the product, the customer service and concern for customer satisfaction, the accessories, etc. -- we couldn't be more pleased, and are happy to recommend Sauna Central!

Amazing!! Eddie was so amazing to deal with! He was quick to respond, friendly and knowledgeable. He communicated easily and worked within our timeline and the sauna was delivered and installed beautifully. We had a slight issue with the cold plunge and Eddie drove 2 hours the next day to check on the product, he’s proud of his product and stand behind it, true customer service. Just wanted to express my satisfaction with Sauna Central and the folks that got us our new sauna in place. Eddie sales, our installer and Frank Eddie’s recommended electrician all great. Delivered on time and in a snow fall. Our installer worked into the dark hours and cold to get it assembled, Eddie answered all questions quickly (basically in less than 5 minutes). Frank our electrician one of the most important for getting the sauna working did a fantastic job looked over the install location made recommendations on running the hydro to the sauna that actually made it easier for me. A great team. Price was very competitive, but for me the most important is the people who do the work in and around our home. I will definitely recommend this team of folks if you’re looking for a sauna. I will also work with them again, perhaps a new shed. Anyway thank-you Eddie for getting us in touch with Frank and to all the folks that built and then installed, and of course, thank you to you, there was no pressure sales tactics which made it incredibly easy for us to make our final decision to go with you. Had a pretty good sales experience as well as installation. However, beware of the quality control. Within one use of the sauna, the cedar boards began to split and I can now see directly outside. When reaching out with my concerns, I was told they’d be in touch. This was over a month ago and I have since followed up with no response.

You may consider going with another company who has better quality control for a bit more money.

Overall, the sauna works great. Just concerned with how long it will last.
