Schulich is spending heavily on marketing but show no effort to retain students or ensure they get what they paid for. They don’t listen. I paid for 3 modules but had to withdraw due to their mismanagement, and now they’re demanding full payment even for the module I completed. Consider an Ivy League school - they’re far more credible and extensive. This place just pays for scams like FT.com to secure their #1 ranking in Canada!

It seems like there is no respect for applicants. The application will show it’s under review for months. One can continue to call-which is of no use as no one will ever answer the call and worst part is you cannot leave message on answering machine. I still wonder why do they have their phone no. Listed on website when they don’t intend to answer. Emailing the admissions office is another useless act that an applicant can commit.
Only way to get the reply from admissions office is to meet them in person.
One big lesson that I learned was York doesn’t believe in any inclusivity especially for disabled. They do not have any consideration towards disabled candidates in their admissions process despite giving them proof & explanation why the academic performance was affected due to illness. Their ignorance to take in account the disability factor and consider the corporate exp with big firms in managerial positions makes me realise that they lack holistic approach in selection process.
I wish they were respectful to all the applicants and also practice DEI instead of just preaching it.

So grateful I did my bachelor's here. World class professors and the best students ever. The community here is incredible and it's a tight knit group. Great facilities, top notch library, amazing resources, and a wonderful ambience overall.

Did both my degrees here. Very nice facilities, very modern. The quality of the MBAs has gone down over the years, but the undergrads are still motivated and hungry. I return there frequently to represent the company I work for at job fairs

It's ok, but Unfortunately they missed out on a few amazing Prof's in the ADMS section. Look, at the end of the day Schulich is designed to make connections. If your going for an education save yourself thousands and enroll in regular finance, then just go to the building and make contacts. You get the same quality education with the contacts benefit but at a much more reasonable price and way less stress of failing out if you score below 80%. If your smart and talented, where you graduate has little value. It is what you can produce that matters in life. Unfortunately university waits until your last year to teach you that.

No outlets at desks in any masters building classrooms "only for tests" (ill take this down when schulich changes that)

Wow what a great place to be. The washrooms in this facility are on point when compared to the rest of York university. Spot on 10/10 would attend again.
