It's not very often I post reviews and this is from this last summer but the customer service I received was so top notch I had to leave a review! I can't remember the gentleman's name anymore but I was stuck at the border without the proper paper work and my portable printer wasn't working. I brought it here and he helped me get it up and running and also printed the papers I needed (multiple times haha).
He was patient and insightful into my issue, which I much appreciated after dealing with the border agents.
While I waited I heard him interacting with other customers and I was very blown away at the level of service.
Long story short - I would highly recommend!

The staff was very obliging and knowledgeable. Had a bit of a rocky
start due to my poor communication skill and that I do not understand anything computer related That problem solved with perfect customer service. The fix is working fine and the price was reasonable. Thank you Craig Lindsey for your patience.
