I would recommend Jason from Seaway Tech any day. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was able to explain to me the problem with my computer in a way that I would understand and not feel like a dummy. He wasn't pushy about my options and I easily trusted his opinions. My computer is now like a brand new computer. Thanks Jason for the great work. You will be my go to person for computer problems moving forward. Also thanks for the follow-up call to make sure all was working well. Made me feel valued as a customer.

I called Jason when my power supply died which he confirmed. Because of health reasons, I needed someone to unplug everything & pick it up which he did plus brought it back & set everything back up. He is friendly & professional. I really recommend him. Especially for seniors & his prices are reasonable

Very fast and good service helped me get my computer back up and running. Had my computer for less then 24 and had it working perfect. When he dropped it off we he took time to show me what he did and how to use new software & very took the time a few days later on a Sunday to give me a ring and make sure all was well and working. Fare and honest price as well. Greatly appreciated his work and would definitely recommend.

Great service. Communicative, efficient, cost effective. Diagnosed a failed HDD, retrieved all data and transferred to a new SSD. Clean Windows install. The result was better than I had would have hoped for. Laptop is better than new!
